With a strong background in HR and prior recruitment experience, Amber joined the Lotus team in 2021 as an associate consultant in the HR & Talent Division. Demonstrating a deep understanding of day-to-day HR intricacies, a robust recruitment background, and a strong customer service attitude, Amber was later promoted to Consultant recruiting mid to senior HR and TA roles.

Following 3 incredible years working within the Lotus People Sydney office, Amber is now the Talent Specialist for Lotus People Queensland. Working closely alongside Director, Sophie Thomas, she continues to service and provide an outstanding experience for a wide variety of roles within the Brisbane market. With the philosophy that people and experiences truly matter, Amber is focused on enhancing candidate experience, streamlining recruitment processes, and forging relationships with business support, HR and talent professionals.

In her spare time, you’ll find Amber scuba diving, sipping mimosa’s, and binging the latest series on Netflix!
