Originally from Scotland, Iona joined Lotus People after six successful years in recruitment in Wellington, New Zealand, bringing a background in high-volume recruitment and an honours degree in Human Resources Management.

As Director of the Permanent and HR Divisions, she provides strategic leadership, overseeing company performance and growth across the HR, Talent, and Business Support teams.

Iona is dedicated to building strong client relationships and expanding Lotus People’s reach, leading a high-performing team and driving business growth through tailored recruitment solutions.
