With a background supporting a busy team for a global recruitment agency, Lana comes highly recommended to Lotus. Joining the temporary team in a team assistant role in 2017, Lana was soon promoted to personal assistant to Sinead, which led her to become the Operations Manager in 2021. In February 2024, Lana transitioned into the role of Head of Employee Experience at Lotus.
Her new role entails overseeing all aspects of employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being within the organisation. Leveraging her extensive experience in operations and her deep understanding of the company culture, Lana is committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for all employees. With an incomparable drive, pragmatic approach, and organizational skills that can’t compare!
When she decided to relocate to Townsville with her partner in 2018, we knew we couldn’t live without her, so Lana now works remotely with her pooch, Barry, by her side!
