Lotus People co-founded in 2015 by our Director, Sinead Connolly. Sinead identified an opportunity in the market for a recruitment agency with a genuine, authentic and down to earth approach to business. With a passion for building long term relationships, delivering the best service and doing right by candidates and clients always, Lotus People was born. The lotus flower signifies “a rebirth of ideas” in Buddhism and that’s exactly the philosophy we wanted to apply to the recruitment industry.
