Kim started with Lotus only 6 months ago and in that time, she has supported Michelle as a candidate manager. Kim has now been promoted to a recruitment consultant role on the temporary team, and we are already confident that she will smash it! Kim lives and breathes the Lotus values and, in her short time with us, has received consistently positive feedback from candidates and clients.

We are also so proud of the fact that Kim won Recruiter Insider’s Best Consultant for Candidate Experience with 99% positive survey results!
