A core part of our team, Elaine plays a vital role as our team coordinator and virtual assistant. Elaine’s love of administrative support and customer service started in 2012 when she worked as a Receptionist and in February 2017, she started supporting C-level executives as an Executive Assistant. Her skills in critical thinking, team coordination, organizational ability, and personal assistance were challenged and honed.
Unfortunately, her story was a common one, as she was one of many in the Philippines who lost their job during the pandemic. Elaine took this as an opportunity to work with international businesses and worked as an EA and publicity coordinator for a PR agency in the US before joining Lotus People as team coordinator and personal assistant. In her personal life, Elaine loves traveling, playing with her dog, and is also a fan of Korean series’ on Netflix!
