Episode 8: On employee wellbeing, mental health at work, preventing workplace burnout and pivoting from corporate to a start up with Danielle, Founder @ Pioneera

When Work Isn't Work: Episode 8

Today, my guest is Danielle Whitford from Pioneera - Pioneer is a start-up tech business who have created technology to identify burnout before it happens!

Adopted by some of Australia’s biggest businesses, Danielle and the team are bringing the conversation around mental health into the workforce. Before founding Pioneera, Danielle had a super successful corporate career before being faced with burnout herself. Knowing that she wanted to do what she could to bring awareness (and a solution) to the issue of workplace burnout, Pioneera was born. Now working with tonnes of amazing businesses (including Lotus People!), they have been described as the Grammarly for burnout! Now, Danielle is navigating the start-up world, pursuing a passion, ALL whilst ensuring her own balance is maintained.

A topic close to my heart, I hope you enjoy today’s podcast! Thanks for joining us, Danielle!
