Finalists for Australian Small Business Awards – Champion Recruitment Services

Since inception in late 2015, we have been honoured to be recognized at a range of industry awards including Seek Awards and Recruitment International Awards. As a start-up agency we were very proud to win the Champion Recruitment Services Award at the Australian Small Business Awards in 2017.

2018 was an extremely busy year for Lotus; filled with growth, innovation and success. During the last two years, we have seen our Candidate Managers promoted to Consultants and our Consultants promoted into leadership roles. As well as hiring a new team manager at the strategic level, we hosted a range of candidate and client events and implemented a new CSR initiative. By growing talent from within and focusing on innovation to increase productivity and customer experience we have been able to maintain our boutique size and really focus on quality.

With all of this excitement, we decided to enter the Australian Small Business Awards for 2019 and are proud to announce we have been nominated as finalists! We look forward to attending the awards ceremony alongside small businesses from a range of industries. We love the sense of community and genuine comradery present at these awards and look forward to hearing who has won in April!
