Finalists for Seek Awards

If you’ve been following the Lotus story since inception, you would be well aware that we love a good award. From Best Small Business to Best Agency to Work For, entering in these award categories allows us to reflect on the business as a whole. It is amazing to receive national recognition for our achievements, however writing awards submissions is also an opportunity to brainstorm, innovate and improve processes.

The incredible feedback we have received since using the third-party review platform, Recruiter Insider, inspired us to enter the Candidate Engagement category at the SARA awards for the first time this year. We consider our candidates an extension of our Lotus family and are so thrilled to have been announced as finalists in the Candidate Engagement category.

All that Lotus has achieved in the short four years since opening comes back to having an incredible leader. Sinead’s work ethic, passion and genuine love for what she does inspires the team every day. Within Lotus, Sinead has balanced running a business, recruiting, managing a team, strategizing, mentoring, and being a wonderful friend to all her staff. Sinead has made waves in the wider recruitment industry, bringing together female small agency owners with the view to empower and support each other. As a leader and a trailblazing female in the recruitment industry, we are so proud to see her nominated as a finalist for the Recruiter Leader of the Year category.

We are beyond thrilled to be finalists in two categories for the SARA awards this year and are looking forward to heading down to Melbourne on November 14th to celebrate, and, hopefully come away with a shiny award or two!
