A very happy international women’s day to everyone! - Lotus People

Every day I am grateful for the opportunities that have been afforded me in this city and in this industry. In my experience, recruitment is an industry that does promote gender equality. I have been lucky enough to have been managed and mentored by inspiring, successful and just generally arse kicking women and today in Lotus, I am surrounded by impressive, smart and driven women who continue to inspire me. Across all industries, we do have a long way to go, but starting the conversation and raising awareness is the first step.

Today we are running a clothing drive for charity Dress for Success to support disadvantaged women reentering the workforce.

Thank you to all our team, clients and candidates who got involved.
