Lotus People Team Update; Welcome Jenna & Congrats Jess!

Laura, Sinead, Sara and Jess are delighted to announce the latest addition to Team Lotus – Jenna Lee Que! Jenna came to Lotus as a referral and boy, are we happy that she did!! Having almost completed her Business Degree with a HR and Marketing Major and with a strong background in customer service, Jenna has always been passionate about people and we are so lucky to have her enthusiasm, passion and energy in the office. Taking on the role as Recruitment Consultant, Jenna will be working on the Temporary team, placing business support, marketing, HR and finance roles across a range of clients including creative agencies, property, construction and engineering. With her dedication to customer service and willingness to ensure every candidate has a superior experience with Lotus, we know she will be a great success.

We are also super excited to announce that our amazing Team Administrator, Jess Kniaz, will be stepping into a Recruitment Consultant role, also on the Temporary team. With strong relationships in place already with our existing candidates and clients and with all the knowledge she has soaked up since starting with us, we have no doubt that Jess will be an absolute success in this role!

As we grow and expand, we are committed to ensuring that clients and candidates experience consistency, quality and extremely high levels of service whether they are dealing with Laura, Sinead, Sara, Jess or Jenna. We are feeling extremely positive about this organic growth and are extremely proud of the Lotus team!
