Your balance:

Lotus People: Recruitment Consultant Profile

Key Objectives of a Consultant:

  • Fill the majority of roles on your desk within a relatively short timeframe (Up to 24 hours for temp and 1 – 2 weeks of perm)


  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates, consistently receiving 90%+ scores through surveys on the Recruiter Insider platform


  • Build a personal brand on Linkedin to build awareness of your own brand and Lotus People brand within the market


  • Create and execute strategy in relation to sales and business development on your desk

Measurable Outcomes:

  • Job fill rate
