Your balance:
- Five weeks of annual leave

Lotus People: Recruitment Consultant Profile
Key Objectives of a Consultant:
- Fill the majority of roles on your desk within a relatively short timeframe (Up to 24 hours for temp and 1 – 2 weeks of perm)
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates, consistently receiving 90%+ scores through surveys on the Recruiter Insider platform
- Build a personal brand on Linkedin to build awareness of your own brand and Lotus People brand within the market
- Create and execute strategy in relation to sales and business development on your desk
Measurable Outcomes:
- Job fill rate
