Financial Road Map
Lotus People Culture
At Lotus, we know a happy and healthy team is the key to our success and high performance.
In practical terms, we’re focused on making sure everyone who works at Lotus People:
- Understands how to collaborate with team members
- Invests fully in our business and contributes at the top level to best practice recruitment
- Embraces a genuine work-life balance culture by setting boundaries for out of hours work and switching off completely on annual leave
- Manages all relationships with integrity and authenticity
We encourage open conversations about wellbeing, health and mental health and want you to feel comfortable in communicating any struggles or concerns.
Our aim at Lotus People is to create a lively and enjoyable boutique environment where employees are provided with the necessary tools, training, and opportunities to build their own personal brand, succeed, and grow their career in a bustling and highly competitive marketplace. We don't believe in micromanagement, instead, we encourage our team to take ownership of their work and develop their own daily goals. We value our existing business relationships, which have been built over many years and expect a high standard of customer service from all team members.
Our office culture thrives on collaboration and teamwork. We understand that each day is different, and priorities can often shift, but we work towards our personal goals and support our colleagues by sharing leads, candidate and client information, and assisting where needed.
We believe in the principle of "what goes around comes around”.
Team Culture
Recruitment isn’t an easy job and we understand the training period at times can feel like a bit of information overload.
The whole Lotus team will be here to support you; however, a positive attitude, strong work ethic and accountability is essential to succeed in this industry! We’d love to see you taking notes and we welcome all and any feedback on your onboarding and training experience - we always want to improve!
If you ever feel overwhelmed or unsure of an element of the training, we encourage you to talk to your manager early on to ensure you able to continue growing and developing in your role, as well as imbedding a strong structure and time management system early on.
There will be days when things don't go as planned. However, we believe that how you react to these challenges is what truly sets you apart. Building resilience is a core component within recruitment agency land!
