Taking control of your job search strategy during COVID: Recapping our second Career Planning Webinar

Yesterday Lotus People held our second Career Planning webinar moderated by Director and Co-Founder Sinead Connolly and featuring Senior Consultant and Mentor, Miya Pathmaraja, and Candidate Manager and Accredited Career Coach, Frances Weber.

Building on the success of our first webinar in the series, the session focussed on taking control of your career strategy. This is something that we, as recruiters, are constantly being asked and it could not be more relevant. Sinead, Miya, and Frances discussed the current job climate, how candidates can stand out in such an over-saturated market, and what a career strategy during COVID can look like.

Frances was also able to speak to another initiative Lotus has embraced during COVID, which is our Career Coaching Program. Conducted via the state of the art
Glow Up Careers portal, the program offers packages designed to empower and equip candidates with tools to develop and fulfill their career strategy. Stay tuned for an upcoming blog post that will speak of the packages in more detail. In the meantime, feel free to reach out to Frances via her LinkedIn to find out more!
