    It is with HUGE excitement that we share with you the recent launch of our podcast; When Work Isn’t Work, hosted by our director and co-founder, Sinead Connolly

    Our worlds have all changed since the pandemic, with our world of work shifting drastically. The pandemic gave us a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to reflect on what is truly important to us, and we are seeing this impacting behaviours, expectations and attitudes towards work. Here at Lotus People, we are so passionate about what we do. We have conversations daily with some of Australia’s greatest minds and leaders, and we are extremely excited to share their journeys and life learnings! 

    With that in mind, When Work Isn’t Work exists to help people reignite the love of what they do in a post-pandemic world. An absolute passion project, we are so excited to share with you the links to our published episodes below!
