Happy 1 Year Anniversary to Kim!

Happy one year anniversary to our wonderful Kim! In just one year Kim has gone from strength to strength in her recruitment career. Joining Lotus as a recruitment rookie, Kim quickly learnt the ropes while supporting Michelle as her candidate manager. Proving to be a recruitment natural, Kim moved into a consultant position, supporting our wonderful clients within the property, construction, engineering, membership and non-profit spaces.

Kim’s unwavering care and commitment to her clients and candidates has been recognised nationally, with Kim taking out the number 1 spot for Candidate Experience and ranking in the top 5 for Client Experience on the external review platform, Recruiter Insider.

Kim’s cool, calm approach to the often hectic world of temporary recruitment and great sense of humour makes her an absolute asset to the Lotus team. Cheers to many more successful years to come!
